Dr Jennifer Achari is a researcher, educator and speaker on trauma-informed education, and a Lecturer in the School of Education at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia. Her doctoral research produced the 6S Transformation Model at the heart of this book, shaped by years leading alternative education schools and by her own lived experience of childhood adversity.
