Orders are despatched within 48 hours, and all orders are tracked. Once despatched, Melbourne metro orders usually arrive the next business day, east coast in 2 to 4 business days and west coast in 4 to 9 business days. Yes. We accept orders for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan, sent with Australia Post. We can also organise bulk orders to other countries, so email us to arrange.

We don’t sell ebooks directly, but all our titles are available as ebooks wherever you buy your ebooks. We work with all the major ebook retailers, as well as library and education platforms such as VitalSource, OverDrive, ProQuest and Snapplify.
